Scan2MSCRM is a business card scanner that scans business cards and inputs both their textual data and image into a new contact record, lead record or account record in your Microsoft CRM application.

Within seconds of placing a card into the business card scanner, Scan2MSCRM opens a simple wizard screen that helps the user to import the information and populates the text fields of a new contact record (name, title, phone number, etc.) together with an image of the card.

Scan2MSCRM automatically detects duplicates based on name and/or email. The wizard provides a validation screen which enables the user to verify the information that was extracted from the card before importing it into Microsoft CRM.

Scan2MSCRM supports the offline SDK of Microsoft CRM and allows sales people to import information while they are on the road in offline mode.
