idScan® - checks scanner

idScan® for Checks is one of an idScan's easy-to-use modules, which scans checks and provides you with the check's
high resolution image as well as the check's data information
arranged in appropriate database fields. idScan® checks scanner
uses MICR (Magnetic Ink Character Recognition) technology
to read the check's MICR line, providing you with the
check number, account number and routing number. In addition,
idScan® for Checks will provide you with all the
other information printed on the check such as the name
and address of the payer and payee, check amount, etc.
The extracted information is saved to a file or the clipboard,
and can be exported to any application, email, and the
web.
The small checks scanner, which does not require an external
power supply, can be easily carried together with your
laptop.
